Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to join our in-home sales team in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on delivering our sales method to secure agreements, guiding customers through a tailored one-call close, and thriving on a rotating Mon–Fri and Tue–Sat schedule with evening hours.

You will work with pre-set leads, participate in weekly trainings, and contribute to a high-velocity sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in-home or virtually.
• Two-factor authentication readiness and smartphone/device literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the West Shore Home sales method to close customer agreements.
• Follow the rotating schedule and be available for peak evening/weekend hours.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
