3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit. This full-time role offers company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, with a compensation structure that recognizes top performance.

You will manage your own schedule, travel locally within your territory, and build additional business through referrals.

Qualifications

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• No prior design experience required, training provided.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally.
• Flexible schedule with at least one weekend day and four weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
