ZINGAS Blinds Shutters Shades is seeking a Design Consultant to join our growing in-home sales team. You’ll meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments to guide them through premium shading solutions and close sales with confidence.

You’ll take precise measurements, present design options, and coordinate with scheduling, operations, and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff. Flexibility in schedule and a customer-first mindset are key to success.

Formación

• Strong sales skills and comfort in a one-on-one consultative environment.
• Professional, personable communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence discussing premium products and high-ticket projects.
• Strong attention to detail (measurement accuracy is essential).
• Ability to learn product offerings quickly and stay current as new products are introduced.

Responsabilidades

• Attend company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments with qualified customers
• Conduct a professional consultation: identify needs, style preferences, and functional goals
• Educate customers on product features, materials, and upgrade options (including motorization)
• Take precise measurements and document details for quoting and ordering
• Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and design recommendations
• Confidently close sales and guide customers through next steps
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-ups in CRM
• Work closely with the scheduling, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
