ZINGAS Blinds Shutters Shades is seeking a Design Consultant to join our in-home sales team, helping homeowners transform their spaces with premium interior and exterior shading solutions. You’ll meet with customers at pre-set appointments, guide them through product options, take measurements, and close the sale while delivering a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments with qualified customers.
• Conduct a professional consultation to identify needs, style preferences, and goals.
• Educate customers on product features, materials, and upgrade options (including motorization).
• Take precise measurements and document details for quoting and ordering.
• Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and design recommendations.
• Close sales and guide customers through next steps.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations, and installation teams for smooth handoff.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
