Andersen Corporation is seeking a Design Consultant Trainee in the Chicago area to deliver an exceptional in-home sales experience. Trainees participate in a multi-week training program before transitioning to a Design Consultant role.

Qualifications

• Must close sales and overcome objections.

• Meet and maintain sales metrics and performance expectations.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 53 pounds and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations using iPad and design tools.
• Drive personal vehicle to in-home appointments across the Chicago area.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and trainings.
• Follow the Renewal Sales process from measure to contract completion.
