Qualifications

• 3+ years of Home Improvement Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management.
• Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions with pre-scheduled appointments.
• Utilize effective communication to explain product features and benefits and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideas.
• Maintain knowledge of current home improvement trends to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience.
