Job summary

Closet Factory Houston is seeking a results-oriented Design Consultant to lead in-home consultations for custom storage solutions. This role is commission-based, with no cap on earnings, and pays through a transparent structure built around your sales performance.

You will design solutions using our software, present the proposal and price, and guide homeowners to a clear decision. You work from home, in client homes, and in our office, with flexible scheduling and weekly leadership support.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience in a consultative or relationship-driven environment.
• Ask good questions and listen before solving.
• Comfortable with silence when a client is thinking.
• You close deals and value your own time.
• You run a disciplined, process-driven sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design custom storage solutions using company software and present the proposal and price.
• Close sales and convert homeowners into clients.
• Manage a flexible schedule, balancing home visits and office time.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and stay in contact with leadership.
