Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Experience.
• Home improvement sales experience preferred.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Market for leads, convert them into appointments, and provide training and support.
• Host 4 appointments per week in clients' homes (Saturdays and evenings).
• Territory covers the entire city of Houston.
