Job summary

Closet Factory Houston seeks a Design Consultant to diagnose home space challenges and design custom storage solutions. You will work from home, in client homes, and in our office, earning via a 100% commission model with 10% of every sale.

You design using our software, present proposals, and drive the close. A minimum of two years in consultative sales is required; you must be in Houston with a Windows laptop and reliable transport, with evening/Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• At least two years of sales experience in consultative or relationship-driven environments.
• Asks good questions and listens before solving.
• Comfortable with silence when someone is thinking.
• Has closed before and tracks own numbers; stays disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Design a custom solution using our software, present the solution and the price, and close.
• Work from home, in client homes, and in our office; no cold calling; leads provided.
