Closet Factory Houston is seeking a results‑driven Sales Designer who thrives in an in‑home consultative role. You will diagnose storage challenges, present custom solutions, and close sales with homeowners in Houston.

This is a 100% commission position with no cap; earnings from $85,000 to $135,000 annually are possible for top performers. You’ll work from home, in client homes, and in our office with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience in a consultative or relationship-driven environment.
• You ask good questions and listen before you solve.
• You are comfortable with silence when the other person is thinking.
• You have closed sales before and track your own numbers.

Responsibilities

• Design a custom solution and present the price to homeowners.
• Close sales and guide homeowners through the decision process.
• Work from home, in client homes, and in the office with a flexible schedule.
• Maintain a structured sales process and meet weekly team goals.
