Job summary

Closet Factory Houston is looking for a Design Consultant to diagnose space limitations in clients’ homes and craft custom storage solutions. You will meet clients in their homes and in our office, guiding them through the design process and closing sales.

This is a performance role with a flexible schedule and no cold calling. Earn 100% commission with 10% of each sale, a clear growth path, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience in consultative or relationship-driven environment.
• You ask good questions and listen before you solve.
• You run a process and value your own time.

Responsibilities

• Visit client homes to assess space and needs.
• Design a custom storage solution using our software and present it to clients.
• Help clients decide and close the sale, typically within two appointments.
• Maintain a schedule with no cold calling; leads are company generated and calendar is filled.
