No sales background is required; we provide training and ride along on appointments. Expect uncapped earnings with about 32 appointments per month and earnings around $100K+ annually, depending on results.

Qualifications

• Comfort meeting homeowners in their homes to assess storage needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to understand storage problems and design fitting solutions.
• Follow a defined eight-step consultative process for each appointment.
• Attend appointments with coaching and debrief with the trainer after visits.
• Close sales and help customers select and install storage solutions.
