Job summary

Closet Factory Houston is seeking a design consultant to diagnose space challenges in client homes and design permanent, custom storage solutions. You will visit spaces, ask questions, present solutions using our software, and help clients decide. Most sales occur within two appointments, with commissions and bonuses based on performance.

You work from home, in client homes, and in our office, with a structured onboarding and ongoing development. You must be Houston-based and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience in a consultative or relationship-driven environment.
• You ask good questions and listen before you solve.
• You run a process and value your own time.

Responsibilities

• Visit client homes to assess space and interview clients about needs.
• Design a custom storage solution using our software and present it to the client.
• Help the client decide and close the sale.
• Maintain a structured process with timely appointments and follow-ups.
