Andersen Renewal by Andersen in Detroit seeks a Design Consultant to conduct in-home sales consultations, presenting window and door solutions with AR tools. You’ll work with a high-energy team to close sales and deliver a premium homeowner experience.

New hires start as Design Consultant Trainees in a multi-week program, gaining product knowledge, sales training, and hands-on coaching before transitioning to a Design Consultant role.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a world-class homeowner experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations using iPad and AR to design windows/doors.
• Drive to in-home appointments and attend sales meetings.
• Submit contracts and paperwork for each project and track changes.
