Job summary

Andersen Corporation, operating as Renewal by Andersen in the Cleveland market, is seeking Design Consultants to deliver in-home sales consultations, typically around 90 minutes, and to handle 8 to 12 appointments per week. You will present a range of window, patio door and entry door options using an iPad and AR tools, following established sales processes to close deals and complete contracts.

Compensation includes earnings over $150,000 annually with top performers over $200,000, plus paid

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive skills with ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; comfortable presenting in home settings.
• Active listening with the ability to translate homeowner needs into solutions.
• Self-motivated with capability to work independently and meet sales metrics.
• Familiarity with iPad-based tools and basic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations (~90 minutes) and qualify needs.
• Showcase window, patio door, and entry door options to homeowners.
• Follow Renewal Sales processes through to contract completion and paperwork.
• Drive personal vehicle to in-home appointments, maintaining schedules.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and branch meetings.
