Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions seeks a Location Manager to oversee in-home delivery contractor teams and daily operations across the Midwest region. You will route daily schedules, supervise 5+ delivery teams, handle weekly billing and claims in NetSuite, and ensure safety and product quality.

A 2–4 year background in logistics and an associate degree are required; bachelor’s is a plus. The role features full-time hours, 6:00am–2:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday with possible overtime during peak

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4 years’ job-related experience in logistics or delivery.
• Experience with NetSuite, P&L, and DOT regulations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Route daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Dispatching 5+ in-home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Complete weekly billing and claims forms and submit through NetSuite.
• P&L budgeting responsibility.
• Collect and analyze operational data and performance reports.
• Recruit and maintain a roster of independent contractor delivery teams.
• Daily stand-up chats with teams before load-out; supervise load-out for quality.
