Job summary

TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, seeks a Location Manager to oversee in-home delivery contractor teams, optimize routes, monitor performance, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes P&L accountability and collaboration across teams.

The position requires related field education and 2-4 years of experience, with bonuses for NetSuite and regulatory familiarity. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Logistics/In-Home Delivery preferred.
• NetSuite/P&L/DOT experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with staff, clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Route daily routes within Dispatch Track for each delivery team.
• Dispatch 5+ in-home delivery teams through multiple stops.
• Complete weekly billing and claims forms via NetSuite.
• Manage P&L budgeting responsibilities.
• Collect and review daily/weekly operational data and reports.
• Recruit and maintain a roster of independent carrier teams.
• Lead daily stand-up chats with teams before load out.
• Supervise load out to ensure product quality assurance.
• Perform ride-alongs to verify customer satisfaction.
• Ensure daily truck inspections and safety compliance.
• Build relationships with customers, clients, and staff for improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
