Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver in-home outpatient therapy for older adults across Longmeadow and surrounding MA areas. Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services in in-home settings for older adults.
• Implement OT programs to facilitate increased independence and functioning under supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation for patients treated and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Instruct patients, families and caregivers in OT techniques under supervision.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to develop patient-specific programs.
