• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Respond professionally to patient questions and concerns.
• Confirm appointments and organize equipment for education visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams on orders and documentation.
• Identify patient needs for same-day follow-up with the patient relations team.
• Utilize translation resources to minimize language barriers.
