Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 6 months healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes within territory.
• Able to learn company software and handheld tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials, explaining benefits of advanced model pumps and reviewing differences.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations, taking measurements and providing usage instructions.
• Ensure patients are properly sized for device fit and comfort.
• Educate patients on compression therapy devices, protocols, and initiating therapy sessions.
• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities; give verbal instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Respond professionally to patient questions about devices or documentation.
• Confirm appointments, set expectations for in-home visits, and organize equipment for education.
• Collaborate with operations on orders and documentation.
• Escalate patient needs to patient relations for same-day follow-up when possible.
• Use translation resources to overcome language barriers when applicable.
• Perform duties in compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.
