Lympha Press is seeking a part-time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator in Miami, FL. You will perform in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education within your territory, building strong patient relationships and ensuring a positive experience.

The role offers a flexible schedule with pay of $125 per completed delivery, emphasizing travel to patient homes and collaboration with internal teams to support access and device use.

Qualifications

• Six months of healthcare experience minimum.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of scheduling, travel, and documentation apps.
• Ability to learn company software and handheld tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education.
• Explain benefits and differences of devices to patients.
• Ensure proper device fit and comfort for patients.
• Educate on compression therapy devices and usage protocols.
• Communicate rental agreements and financial responsibilities clearly.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns professionally.
• Schedule appointments and organize equipment for visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams on order completion and documentation.
• Flag patient needs to the patient relations team for follow-up.
