Job summary

Lympha Press seeks a part-time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator to perform in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education across a designated territory. This role focuses on building strong patient relationships while ensuring proper device use and satisfaction, traveling extensively to serve patients.

In this position you will work with internal teams to support patient access and documentation, with compensation tied to completed deliveries and patient education

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Professional certification or license preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of scheduling, travel, and documentation software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain device benefits.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations and patient measurements.
• Educate patients on compression devices, garment application, and therapy protocols.
• Communicate rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients and caregivers.
• Respond to patient questions and coordinate with internal teams for access and documentation.
• Travel extensively within the territory to perform in-home visits and demonstrations.
