Job summary

Lympha Press is seeking a Part-time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator to perform in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education within a designated territory. You will build strong patient relationships and ensure a positive customer experience using company systems for documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 6+ months healthcare experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential
• Ability to stay organized, manage time, and multitask in a field-based role
• Willingness to travel to patient homes and healthcare settings for appointments
• Familiarity with scheduling, travel, and documentation applications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and explain device benefits
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations and take patient measurements
• Ensure proper device sizing for comfort and fit
• Educate patients on compression therapy devices and protocols
• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients/caregivers
• Respond to patient questions and concerns about devices or documentation
• Coordinate in-home visits and organize equipment for education
• Collaborate with operations on orders and documentation
• Escalate patient needs to patient relations for follow-up
• Use translation resources to overcome language barriers when needed
• Travel extensively within the territory to service patients
• Maintain HIPAA and other regulatory compliance
