Job summary

Lympha Press is seeking a Part-Time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator in Bay City, MI. The role involves in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education within a designated territory, with an emphasis on building strong patient relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to support patient access and device use, travel extensively within the territory, and perform duties in compliance with HIPAA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of related healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials and demonstrations for advanced model pumps.
• Schedule product demonstrations and take patient measurements for proper device fit.
• Educate patients on compression devices, garment application, and therapy protocols.
• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient access and proper device use.
