Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or human services or equivalent experience.
• CRSS certification or 5 years supervised behavioral health experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, community-based support to adults with serious mental illness.
• Work in clients' homes and communities, building skills and independence.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR within 24 hours.
