Job summary

Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Decatur, IL seeks a Program Manager, Community Support, to lead Community Support and Recovery Support teams. The role focuses on high-quality, recovery-oriented services and staff development within a multi-county service area.

You will supervise staff, manage operations, and ensure compliance with CCBHC standards, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Support Specialists and Recovery Support Specialists.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, scheduling, and caseloads.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train program staff.
• Monitor services for recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other partners.
• Build partnerships with community resources and housing providers.
• Provide guidance during crisis situations and complex cases.
