Job summary

Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Decatur, IL seeks a dedicated Team Lead for Integrated Housing Services to steer community support and recovery teams across four residential settings, assisting adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders toward independent living.

The role is full-time with a salary between $65,000 and $70,000 per year, plus every other Friday paid off, and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Eligibility for licensure as LCPC or LCSW in Illinois.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team: supervise and support community support and recovery staff.
• Guide clinical care: oversee IATPs and on-site mental health services.
• Coordinate programs and promote housing stability across four residential locations.
• Drive quality and collaboration: ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement.
