Job summary

Family Ties Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Community Support Individual (CSI) to provide in-home support for children and families. You will help develop life skills, connect families with resources, and advocate across settings, including schools and court-related meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in community support or case management.
• Experience with at-risk children, adolescents, and families is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse populations.
• Access to a laptop and reliable transportation in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support to empower children and families with life skills.
• Link families to community resources and document progress.
• Teach parenting techniques and promote positive behavioral change.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals and advocate for families.
• Assist in safety planning and maintain accurate service records.
