Family Ties is seeking a Community Support Individual (CSI) to provide in-home support services that empower children, adolescents, and families to navigate challenges and build essential life skills. This position offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a collaborative team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of families and youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in community support or case management.
• Proven experience with at‑risk children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Access to a laptop and a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop life skills with children, adolescents, and families to support emotional and behavioral well‑being.
• Connect parents and guardians with valuable community resources for holistic support.
• Teach and reinforce parenting techniques that promote consistency and positive behavioral change.
• Act as liaison between families and mental health professionals, advocating for children in school, court, and panel settings.
• Assist in developing Individual and Family Safety Plans to ensure a secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including progress notes and goal updates.
