Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field, with appropriate training or credentials.
• 2+ years of experience as a Community Support Worker, Paraprofessional, or Case Manager in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Experience working with at-risk children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cultural humility; ability to work with diverse populations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Must have laptop, valid Georgia driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel off-site.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home supervised visitation and parenting education to families.
• Serve as liaison between families and mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Act as a parent aide, offering guidance, support, and skill-building.
• Conduct drug screens per program requirements.
• Provide transportation to appointments, visits, and services.
• Advocate for children and families; write reports and attend court hearings, school meetings, panel reviews, and case conferences.
• Connect families to community resources and supportive services.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation including progress notes, service plans/goals, and termination reports.
