Family Ties is seeking a Community Support Individual (CSI) to provide in-home support services that empower children, adolescents, and families to navigate challenges and build essential life skills. Your role will foster positive behavioral change and connect families with vital community resources.

This position offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a collaborative team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of families and youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in community support or case management.
• Proven experience with at‑risk children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Access to a laptop and a valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop life skills with children, adolescents, and families to support emotional and behavioral well‑being.
• Connect parents and guardians with valuable community resources for holistic support.
• Teach and reinforce parenting techniques that promote consistency and positive behavioral change.
• Act as liaison between families and mental health professionals, advocating for children in school, court, and panel settings.
• Assist in developing Individual and Family Safety Plans to ensure a secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including progress notes and goal updates.
