Cool Air Mechanical in Atlanta, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks a Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners in selecting efficient HVAC solutions. You’ll meet with customers in their homes, assess needs, design tailored options, and educate on energy savings while driving your income and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven closing track record.
• Ability to build authentic relationships with residential customers.
• Clear communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting objects.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess HVAC needs and propose tailored comfort solutions.
• Educate clients on products, services and options to build trust.
• Serve as primary contact through project and follow-ups for satisfaction.
• Develop accurate sales proposals for installation teams.
• Negotiate and close projects to hit budgeted goals.
• Maintain detailed customer records in ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with office and installation teams for smooth execution.
• Use Microsoft Office for reporting and communications.
• Attend meetings and trainings; maintain licenses/certifications.
• Work occasional evenings or weekends to meet demand.
• Maintain professionalism on job sites and vehicles.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
