Job summary

Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is hiring compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one care in clients' homes. Flexible scheduling, same day pay, and a supportive team await you.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and following care plans with reporting of changes. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required.
• Personal care and activities-of-daily-living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts, transfers, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care, companionship, meal preparation, or light housekeeping is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, positioning, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, bed-bound care, and hospice supportive care when trained and appropriate.
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
