Job summary

Right at Home in the United States is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home care. You will provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping with daily living activities and maintaining independence.

Flexible scheduling, same-day pay, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training support your professional growth while you deliver dignified, respectful care that matters to families and clients alike.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Experience in in-home caregiving preferred.
• Reliable attendance and professional communication.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance when appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care when trained.
• Follow the care plan and report changes, concerns, or safety issues.
