Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide home care in the Williamston area. Shifts are Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30am; Tuesday and Thursday 11am-3pm. Excellent pay!!!

The CNA will perform direct patient care in the client’s residence, assist with transfers, hygiene, meals, and provide companionship while maintaining records and following the Plan of Care and EVV guidelines.

Competenze

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Complete EVV task for Aide Plan or time sheet when needed.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctually reporting as assigned.
