Family Resource Home Care in Renton, WA is seeking experienced caregivers with valid CNA or HCA licenses to join our team. A valid WA driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name are required.

We serve Renton and surrounding areas, offer flexible scheduling, paid orientation and training, and a friendly support network. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, transportation, memory care, and caring for clients who have pets.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license required.
• WA state driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and provide care across levels.
• Smartphone with AxisCare app access.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients to errands/appointments in your own car.
• Assist with transfers (gait belt/Hoyer) and monitor client condition.
• Report changes to branch staff and coordinate care plans.

Our Renton branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

Current Hiring Areas: Covington, Tukwila, Normandy Park, Renton, and Mercer Island

Current Needs

Saturday and Sunday availability between 8:00am-5:00pm

Mercer Island: Available Monday- Friday between 8am-5pm

Plus

• Comfortable with working fill-in shifts
• Comfortable working 2-hour shifts and going to more than 1 client's home in a day
• Memory care experience
• Comfortable working with all levels of care
• Comfortable transporting clients in the caregiver's vehicle
• Comfortable with cats and dogs most of our clients have pets

Service areas: Renton, Issaquah, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, SeaTac, Burien, and other surrounding areas as needed.

Pay Rate: $25.00-$25.50/hr with additional shift differential rates!

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
