Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Seattle is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team. Open positions include Live-In options with 12-hour shifts, and West Seattle coverage with full-time and part-time hours. CNA or HCA license and WA driver’s license required, along with reliable vehicle and insurance.

We serve Northgate, Capitol Hill, Shoreline, West Seattle, and nearby areas. Pay rate is $25–$25.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold WA CNA or HCA license.
• Valid WA state driver\'s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and transport clients in own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities with clients.
• Transport clients to errands/appointments in your car.
• Assist with gait belt or Hoyer transfers.
• Monitor and report client condition.

Our Seattle branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

Caregivers willing to work in West Seattle, Shoreline, Downtown, and surrounding areas or able to commute at 20-30 miles for work.

Current Needs

Live- In: Open to 12-hour shifts

West Seattle: Open to full-time and part-time hours

Pay rate: $25-$25.50 hr

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)


• Cooking and/or serving meals


• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom


• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies


• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car


• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers


• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older


• Ability to pass a state and national background check


• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record


• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits


• Ability to lift 50lbs


• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels


• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
