Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes throughout Woodinville and nearby areas. Qualified applicants must hold a WA State CNA or HCA license and a valid WA driver’s license with reliable vehicle. The role includes travel between multiple client homes and following care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and monitor client condition.
• Transport clients to appointments or activities in caregiver's vehicle.
• Report changes to clients and branch staff.

Our Woodinville branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

We service clients in Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. Pay $25.00-$25.50/hr depending on the clients care level.

Current Client Shift:

Carnation: Mon-Sunday: 8am-12pm

Example shifts include (but are not limited to):

• 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
• 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
• 2 p.m.-4 p.m.

• Open to short 2–4-hour shifts
• Open to stacked shifts
• Hospice Care experience
• Memory Care experience
• Hoyer Lift experience
• Nurse Delegation
• Ability to transport clients in the caregiver's vehicle
• Comfortable working short shifts and going to more than one client's home in a day

Pay Rate: $25.00-$25.50/hr – with additional shift differential rates!

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
