Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning team, providing in-home support across our service areas. The role requires a WA CNA or HCA license, a valid WA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance in your name. Pay is $25.00-$25.50/hr with shift differentials.

We serve clients in multiple Washington communities and offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, travel time reimbursement, and a supportive branch staff available 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Valid WA driver’s license with auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and CE credits up to date.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and provide more than companionship care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide meal preparation and light household tasks as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands in your vehicle.
• Offer companionship through daily activities and hobbies.
• Assist with transfers using gait belt or Hoyer lifts; monitor client condition.

Our Woodinville branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA or HCA license. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

We service clients in Woodinville, Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. Pay $25.00-$25.50/hr depending on the clients care level.

Current Client Shifts

Sammamish: Monday- Sunday: 3:30pm-7:30pm

Example Shifts Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
• 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
• 2 p.m.-4 p.m.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $25.00-$25.50/hr - with additional shift differential rates!

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
