Job summary

A leading caregiving agency is seeking experienced caregivers in SeaTac. This role involves providing support in daily living activities and companionship. Candidates must possess a valid WA State CNA or HCA license and a reliable vehicle, as well as be available for flexible short shifts. The pay range is competitive at $22.50 to $23.50 per hour. Renton branch is looking for experienced caregivers to join our team! We do require valid CNA, HCA or proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.

Current Client Needs

• Open to short 2‑to‑5‑hour shifts
• Example shifts – 9AM – 12PM / 1PM -4PM / 4PM – 7PM
• No overnight shifts available at this time
• Valid CNA, HCA or proof of enrollment in HCA/CNA training
• Valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.
• Available for clients in Renton – SeaTac – Fall City – Mercer Island – Maple Valley and surrounding areas!

Pay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hr

Caregiver Job Duties

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
