HOME CARE SNE LLC in Rhode Island is seeking an In Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and help with mobility and safety.

CNA/HHA or PCA required; experience with seniors, memory care, and dementia care preferred. This part-time role offers a compassionate work environment, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification desirable.
• Experience with memory care or dementia care a plus.
• Strong observation, monitoring, and documentation skills required.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications per care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Observe and report changes to healthcare professionals.
