Job summary

HOME CARE SNE LLC is hiring an In Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes with daily living activities, safety, and comfort. The role emphasizes compassionate care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, including memory care support.

The caregiver will monitor health, assist with medications, prepare meals, document care, and maintain HIPAA compliance while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings preferred.
• CPR/first aid certification desirable.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism a plus.
• Strong observation, monitoring, and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility.
• Familiarity with care plans and medication administration protocols.
• Excellent communication to build rapport with clients and families.
• Compassionate demeanor with a desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide patient care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications per care plans.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, assist with dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to support mental well-being.
• Observe and report changes to healthcare professionals.
