Job summary

HOME CARE SNE LLC in Warwick, RI is seeking a compassionate In Home Caregiver to support clients at home. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, prepare meals, and provide companionship in a safe, respectful environment.

Requirements include CNA/HHA/PCA certification (or current training), experience in home health care, excellent communication, and the ability to lift and transfer clients as needed. Opportunities for advancement and paid training are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related settings.
• CPR/First Aid certification is desirable.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or seniors a plus.
• Strong observation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as per care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities to support well‑being.
• Observe and report changes to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Support memory care needs for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
