HOME CARE SNE LLC in Warwick, RI is seeking a compassionate In Home Caregiver to assist seniors and adults with daily living activities in their homes. This part-time role focuses on safety, comfort, and quality of life, with duties ranging from personal care to light housekeeping and meal support.

The ideal candidate has CNA/HHA/PCA credentials or relevant caregiving experience, strong communication, and a respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health care preferred.
• CPR certification desirable.
• CNA/HHA/PHCAST certifications are a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide patient care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as per care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Observe and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Support memory care for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Utilize equipment like Hoyer lifts for transfers when necessary.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
