Job summary

HOME CARE SNE LLC is hiring an in‑home caregiver to support clients in their own homes. The role focuses on assisting with daily activities, monitoring health, and ensuring safety and comfort.

Strong communication and compassion are essential, with experience in elder care and dementia memory care preferred. The position offers a part‑time schedule, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a compassionate home‑care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care, assisted living, or long‑term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus.
• Strong skills in patient observation, monitoring, and documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide patient care including vital signs monitoring and medication administration per care plans.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote well‑being.
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to healthcare professionals.
• Support memory care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
• Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe transfers when necessary.
