Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support Colorado seniors in their homes, helping them stay independent and safe. You will follow personalized care plans and provide a range of services tailored to each client.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, mobility support, errands, meal preparation, and friendly companionship, with ongoing training and flexible scheduling available to fit your life and the needs of the seniors.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation; a personal vehicle is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CBI and CAPS).
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, dependability, and a caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene assistance as outlined in care plans.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Mobility assistance including transfers and fall prevention.
• Shopping and errands including groceries and medications.
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders.
• Emotional support and companionship to engage in activities.
