Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors in their own homes in Westminster, CO. You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, mobility, errands, meals, and companionship, following each client's care plan.

Reliable transportation and strong communication are important; background checks are required. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, ongoing training, and biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required; a personal vehicle is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Colorado background checks (CBI and CAPS).
• Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and dependable, caring attitude essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean home.
• Support mobility and fall prevention within the home.
• Run errands and assist with shopping and medication pickups.
• Prepare simple meals and ensure hydration and dietary reminders.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to promote engagement.
