Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors at home, promoting independence, safety and quality of life through personalized care plans.

Duties include personal care, light housekeeping, mobility support, errands, meal prep and friendly companionship; flexible scheduling and ongoing training with biweekly pay. Reliable transportation preferred; part-time or full-time possibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a caring attitude.
• Experience in caregiving is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Help with shopping, errands and appointments.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with hydration.
