Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Colorado is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to provide personalized home-based support, helping seniors maintain independence, safety, and dignity while staying in familiar surroundings.

You will handle personal care, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, errands, simple meals, hydration reminders, and meaningful companionship. Flexible schedules, ongoing training, and biweekly pay (with weekly pay coming soon) are offered to support caregivers.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation or access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and CAPS background checks.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, dependability, and a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide standby assistance with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Support mobility and fall prevention throughout the home.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and medication pickups.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and hydration reminders.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
