Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care in clients' homes. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and general in-home caregiving with responsibilities spanning daily living support, medication reminders, and safety monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws

Responsibilities

• Assist with client laundry and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders to clients
• Ensure client safety at all times
• Report significant changes in client condition to supervisor
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required
• Monitor and record client temperature
• Assist clients with ambulation and range of motion exercises
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow care protocols
